Payment Terms
Our billing workflow keeps transactions secure and transparent from invoice to receipt. Review the accepted methods and safeguards below before submitting payment.
1. Accepted methods
- Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards.
- Bank transfers for approved wholesale partners.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) in regions where carriers support it.
2. Invoicing & security
- Each order receives an itemized invoice and secure payment link.
- Payment links are issued directly from our processor to prevent spoofing.
- We never store full card numbers on our systems.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Available for orders under $2,000 in select regions.
- Government ID may be required by the carrier at delivery.
- Contact us during quoting so we can confirm COD eligibility.
4. Late payments
Orders unpaid after the agreed window may lose inventory holds or incur a restocking fee. Tell us early if you anticipate a delay so we can adjust timelines with suppliers.
