User Setting：
1.Set Class instruction(Include :Center,Authorized number set,where,Vibration,Speeding..
2.Command instruction to set the acces point name(APN).
3.APN,Set ip.port of server,Set adress,Timer, GMT,Rebooting,Factory set,Param, Statues .
