AD8232 sensor module

User interface for single-wire heart rate monitoring

The AD8232 is a built-in front panel suitable for cardiac bioelectric signal generation
Are not. Conditioner to monitor heart rate.

An integrated signal conditioning module for ECG and other bioelectric applications. The device is designed to extract, amplify and filter weak bioelectric signals when there is noise due to motion or remote electrode placement. This design allows an extremely low power analog to digital (ADC) converter or embedded microcontroller to easily collect the output signal.

The AD8232 uses a two-pole high-pass filter to eliminate electrode half-cell motion and voltage. The filter is tightly coupled with the metering amplifier structure to achieve a single stage high gain and high pass filtration, thus saving space and cost.

The AD8232 uses a use unlimited operation amplifier to create a three-pole low-pass filter, eliminating additional noise. Users can choose cutoff frequencies of all filters to meet the needs of different types of applications.

To improve the common-mode rejection performance of the system line frequency and other unwanted disturbances, the AD8232 has a built-in amplifier for guide applications such as right drive (RLD) drives.

The AD8232 includes a quick resume function that reduces the long setting tail of the high pass filter. If the amplifier rail voltage has a sudden change in signal (such as a wire breakage), the AD8232 will automatically adjust to a higher filter cutoff state. This function allows the AD8232 to achieve rapid resilience, so a valid measurement can be obtained as soon as possible after the lead is connected to the electrode of the measuring ob
