SE-SA1061A-2T is a PCI Express single-chip SATA expansion card, from PCI-E to 2 SATA Gen III 6Gb/s channel host controllers, providing server-level functions for desktop computers.
SE-SA1061A-2T PCI Express SATA-3.0 expansion card can use the industry's newest 6Gb/s hard drive. At the same time, it is backward compatible with traditional SATA 1.5Gb/s or SATA 3Gb/s drives. It uses the same cables and connectors as previous generations of SATA to simplify integration.
In addition, PCI Express 2.0 has twice the bandwidth of the existing PCI Express bus, enabling faster data throughput. It will enhance system performance for every type of computer user.
Each PCI Express 2.0 channel can provide up to 500MB/s throughput. It is also backward compatible with the previous generation PCI Express 1.0 technology.
