Introduction of UNV-SIM800A-V3.9.2 Development Board

Power supply requirements: 5V-18V power supply, current needs to provide 1.5A or more;
The TTL level serial port is compatible with 3.3V and 5V microcontrollers. It can communicate directly with 51/STM32/MP430 and other microcontrollers;
When debugging with a computer at the initial stage, please use the CP2102 USB-TTL module to power the module and communicate;
When using a single-chip microcomputer control module, you can also monitor the return data of the instruction through the USB-232 monitoring module, which greatly facilitates finding the problem, especially suitable for small partners who use 51 single-chip microcomputer.
The standby mode is around 30MA, and the sleep state can be set to around 10MA for low power consumption.
Support SMS, GPRS data transmission, sending MMS, DTMF, HTTP, FTP, PPP dialing and other functions.
At the same time, the hardware contains a reset pin. When a problem occurs in the module, this pin can be used to reset it.
The development board supports 2G/3G/4G Unicom or mobile phone cards.


Advantages of this module:

Serial port circuit: TVS and magnetic bead protection devices are used to protect the board, so that the board will not be damaged by surges and high voltages.
SIM card circuit: Add SMF05C electrostatic discharge chip.
Antenna circuit: Keep it short and straight, so as to ensure the signal strength.
PCB display: Each interface is marked by silk screen, which is convenient for secondary development, and the design completely follows the SIM900A hardware design manual.
All the way 5-18V power supply interface: We have done protection, even if the connection is reversed, it will not burn the board.
One TTL interface: supports 3.3V single-chip microcomputer and 5V single-chip microcomputer. In other words, it supports 51 types of 5V microcontrollers and STM32 microcontrollers.
Two antenna interfaces: SMA antenna interface, IPX MINI antenna interface (default is not welded).
One 232 level interface: That is to say, you can directly connect the module to the computer through a 232---USB serial line. It can also be connected to a computer via USB-TTL, depending on personal accessories. There is no need to spend more money on accessories. This is the biggest difference from other sellers.
