The pressure sensor chip consists of an elastic film and four resistance integrated into the film. Four pressure-sensitive resistors form the structure of whistle-ventilated bridge, when pressure is on the elastic membrane, the bridge produces a voltage output signal that is linearly proportional to the pressure pressure.
