Using Guide:
The correct way to sharpen a knife is insert the blade into the slot then pull it back (do not move backward and forward).
Slot 1(Beside the Handle): Tungsten Steel for coarse sharpening and restoring the V-shape cutting edge, suitable for the very blunt knife blade.
Slot 2: Diamond Abrasive for repairing and straightening damaged blade.
Slot 3: Ceramic for fine sharpening, polishing and eliminate burrs on the blade.
Recommended:
Sharpening with SLOT-3(Ceramic) 3~5 times when the knife is hard to cut the streaky pork with skin.
Sharpening with SLOT-2(Diamond Abrasive) 3~5 times then with SLOT-3(Ceramic) 3~5 times when the knife is hard to cut the lean meat.
Sharpening with SLOT-1(Tungsten Steel), then SLOT-2(Diamond Abrasive), finally with SLOT-3(Ceramic), each 3~5 times when the knife is hard to cut the fruit and vegetable.
