How to connect (for reference only):
A. Make sure the pointer of gauge is in the zero position, if not, please open the cover and twist the screw.

B. Connecting system:

Close the low pressure valve and high pressure valve.

Connect interface to blue cable (Low pressure fast connection) and then connect to the low-pressure connection of system.

Connect interface to red cable (High pressure fast connection) and then connect to the high-pressure connection of system.

Connect interface to yellow cable, vacuum pump.

C. System vacuum-pumping: (The system should be at ordinary pressure in this step)Open the vacuum pump.

Open the low pressure valve, high pressure valve and then open low/high pressure fast connection, the system begins to vacuum.

After 10-30min, please check the system whether completely vacuum or not. If not, please check leak of system and vacuum again.

Close low pressure valve and high pressure valve, then close the vacuum pump.

D. Filling the refrigerant:

Release the connection of yellow cable and vacuum pump, and connect the yellow cable to refrigerant bottle. Then open the refrigerant bottle(positive direction), open valve core of the gauge, clean out the air of the cable.

Invert the refrigerant bottle, open low pressure valve and high pressure valve to fill refrigerant(specified amount which provided by producer of each system).

Close low pressure valve and high pressure valve, then put the refrigerant bottle in positive direction.

Open the system(5-10min), check the pressure and temperature of the system, if the refrigerant is not enough, open the low pressure valve to fill refrigerant (Do not open high pressure valve. If refrigerant is too much, please close the bottle and open the high pressure valve slowly, release the refrigerant from the valve core. Close the high pressure valve and check again.

When everything works correctly, close the low pressure valve, high pressure valve and release low/high pressure fast connection from the system (Notice: hot temperature)
