-This circuit with a 12V battery will become an energy storage spot welding machine for welding nickel pieces such as lithium batteries and nickel-chromium batteries. According to different configurations, the thickness can be about 0.1MM-0.15mm

NOTE:
If the battery is pretty good and the internal resistance is very low, and then there may be large current overload.
If you are not sure about your battery, it's better to extend the wire by around 1 meter with 2.5² or 4² wire, then it will reduce the risk of power tube burnt.

Users need to bring their own 12V battery for power supply, the welding current is about 90A~150A, and it is easy to weld the common 0.1mm~0.12mm nickel plated sheet. The battery pack that can start the car can basically meet the power supply needs of this circuit

Switch function: press the switch for 1.5 seconds to turn on (green light flashes, output a low power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds or so), press the switch for 1.5 seconds (blue light flash, output a medium power spot welding pulse every 3 seconds), press the switch 1.5 Seconds (red light flashes, high power spot welding pulse is output every 3 seconds) Press the switch for 1.5 seconds to shut down.

Power requirements:
Spot welding is welded by the principle of rapid local heating and cooling with high current. It requires sufficient current supply. Generally, the current of 0.1-0.15 nickel-plated sheet welding is about 90-150A, so the working power of the circuit board must be greater than or equal to 150A.

The following battery packs can be used as working power
12V car starter power, 3S high-rate battery pack for model airplane, three-string high-rate lithium battery pack,
Hitachi 40900 3-string battery pack, lead-acid battery with good performance above 12V20A.

Calculation formula: capacity X discharge rate = load capacity
Take 4000ma aeromodelling battery as an example, the discharge rate is 45C (4AX45C=18
