-30-35ah capacity 18650 battery pack
-The circuit with a 12V battery will become an energy storage spot welder for welding nickel sheets (such as lithium batteries and nickel-chromium batteries). According to different configurations, the thickness can be about 0.1MM-0.15mm

If the battery is very good and the internal resistance is very low, there may be a large current overload.
If you are not sure about the battery, it is best to use a 2.5² or 4² wire to extend the wire by about 1 meter, so as to reduce the risk of burning the power tube.
18650 batteries and DC power sources cannot be used as power sources. It must be equipped with a high-rate RC battery or car battery!
Power requirements:
Spot welding adopts the principle of rapid local heating and large current cooling for welding. Sufficient current supply is needed, usually 0.1-0.15 nickel plate welding current is about 90-150A, because the working power of the circuit board must be greater than or equal to 150A.
The following battery packs can be used as a working power source:
12v starter power for automobiles, 3s high-rate battery pack for model airplanes, three-string high-rate lithium battery pack, Hitachi 40900 3-pin battery pack, lead-acid battery with good performance above 12v 20A.
Calculation formula:
Capacity x discharge rate = load capacity
Take the 3000ma model battery as an example. The discharge speed is 45C (3.0X45C = 135A)
Button description:
Each time you press the button, the power will increase by one level. LED 1-5 means that the power is from small to large, 1 means minimum, 5 means maximum, and all LEDs are turned off to turn off the output
