1. Determine the working current and highest working voltage of the LEDs you need to drive 
2. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to about 5V
3. Use multimeter 10A current block to measure output short-circuit current, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to make the current reach the predetermined working current of LEDs
4. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to the highest working voltage of LEDs
5. Connect LEDs and test the machine
