How to installl ic power:
Ice cream feet with flux
Soldering iron with little tin, make sure tin is joined to the ic leg, this is done because the ic leg has never been hit by tin (soldering the ic power leg will take longer than the eeprom ic)
Installl ic to the board according to its position, don 't reverse
Imperfect installlation (tin is not fused on the ic leg). Resulting in error or blink 9x
Hot ic can be damaged and blink 9x too
Please be careful when removing the ic, because if too hot the blower is used then the other components are damaged which causes the mainboard to fail or the pcb path to bre
