1. The control signal is 0-24V, the signal is valid for the falling edge, and the trigger signal must be kept above 2.5US.
2. The onboard potentiometer and the external potentiometer are automatically switched. The external potentiometer interface is suspended, which is the speed control fraud of the onboard potentiometer. If the external potentiometer is connected (less than or equal to 10K), the control board will automatically switch to the external potentiometer.
3. Run the setting switch, the onboard speed potentiometer, inside the controller, open the casing for setting.
Function Description:
1. Round-trip automatic mode: After the mode controller triggers the start (the common end and the enable input touch), the motor will automatically move back and forth between the forward limit and the reverse limit. Until the trigger stops input.
2. Single-shot touch mode: After the mode is triggered, the motor will rotate. When the motor reaches the forward limit, the motor will stop. If the motor is triggered again, it will reverse. When the reverse limit is reached, the motor stops. Trigger the start motor again and repeat the forward rotation for this cycle.
3. Single round trip mode: After the mode is triggered, the motor rotates forward. When it hits the forward limit, it stops, then starts to reverse. When the reverse limit is reached, the motor stops.
4. Jog mode: the start end and the common end are connected to the forward rotation, and the release is stopped; the connection between the stop end and the common end is reversed, and the stop is released.
Wiring and other instructions:
1. The controller is a general-purpose stepping motor and a servo motor controller. General stepper motor drives, servo motor drives can be matched and used regardless of motor size.
Different motor drive port tags are different, but the interface functions the same.
