【feature】
The current 42-bit 3D printer motor driver on the market directly connects the main IC to the motor driver IC, and the current consumed by each interface does not exceed 2MA.
The MKS Gen motherboard we designed has a signal port that can output signals from the motor driver. We recommend using 4988, 8825 and other motor drivers.
Usually, the input of 57/86 stepper driver is optical coupling isolation, mainly to prevent interference. Each motor driver has 3 inputs. The EN enable port controls the motor switch.
The PUL pulse port controls the position or speed of the motor, and the DIR direction interface controls the direction of the motor.
Generally, the driver current of the optical coupling interface is about 10MA, and one driver can drive one motor.
One driver consumes most of the control current of 30MA, after X, Y, Z, E are connected to four general-purpose 57/86 motor drivers that will require 100MA current to work.
If the connection is established directly, it is easy to burn the 3Dprinter IC control board, but it will not increase the current.

【usage】
Insert the MKS CD directly into the drive slot, and direct the control signal from the white card port mentioned above. Please pay attention to the direction of the socket.
