Internal synchronous rectification control circuitry is provided to improve the pulse-width modulation (PWM) operation power consumption.
Internal circuit protection includes: thermal shutdown with hysteresis, undervoltage lockout (UVLO), and crossover-current protection.
Special power sequencing.
