Eg 8010 is a digitized section、 pure sine wave inverter chip with perfect function of automotive dead zone control, application to dc-dc-ac two-stage power transform architecture or dc-ac single-stage power transformer, 12 mhz crystal oscillator, high accuracy is achieved、 pure sinusoidal wave 50 hz or 60 hz inverter chips with very small distortion and harmonics. The chip adopts cmos process, internal integration spwm sinusoid generator、 dead zone time control circuit、 range factor multiplicator、 soft start circuit、 protection circuits、 rs 232 serial communication interface and 12832 serial lcd drive module.
