Module Installation Requirements and Recommendations
a) The installation surface of the module should be flat and smooth, and there should be no scratches, bumps and debris;
b) When installing the module to the radiator, first remove the oxide layer on the surface of the radiator with fine sandpaper, then wipe the surface of the radiator, and then evenly coat the contact surface of the copper base plate and the radiator A thin layer of thermally conductive silica gel to make good contact and reduce contact thermal resistance;
c) When fastening the module to the surface of the radiator, M5 or M6 flat head castellation and spring washers are used, and the screws are tightened with (5+1)Nm force;
d) The wiring of the main electrode of the module should use copper bars, and have a smooth, flat and sufficient contact surface, the contact must be good, and the tightening torque should be: if used: M5 screw, the torque is (3) Nm, if used For M6 screws, the torque is (5+1) Nm. If M8 screws are used, the torque is (9+1) Nm.
